This project is a series of portraits depicting various women from Greek myth. The aim of the project is to reinterpret and highlight certain portrayals of these women that I believe should be challenged. I depict Circe, Aphrodite, Pandora, Galatea and Daphne.

They have historically been written and depicted in art primarily by men, so I want to add a woman's voice to explore the aspects of womanhood which is crucial in the interpretation of these female characters.
